The Learning Assistance Center staff believes that you just might be the luckiest students at PCC. Why? Because you are here with us and we are going to help you become a successful student who enjoys learning.
We received your Needs Assessment forms when you mailed them into us last fall. From the information on those forms we see that there are a whole lot of reasons why you haven't been able to complete your classes the way you'd like to. We are going to address the kinds of obstacles that block students from reaching their goals, and let you know about the kinds of things you can do to succeed.
We also believe that each one of you is intelligent and capable of being an outstanding student. And we want you to believe the same thing. Once you're convinced that you can be a top quality student, and we give you the tools to reach that objective, there's only one thing more that you'll need. That's the motivation to do the work. And, we're going to give you that too!
