1. One thing I should change about my studying habits is the type of music I have on in the background. As of the moment I just play whatever music is on my MP3 player, but now I will play classical music - or at least instrumental version of songs I like so there will be no lyrics to distract me.

2. Is there a specific study technique that you already follow?
I keep all my PCC related items very organized on my computer. I have one folder for each subject and sub-folders in each of those. This makes it very easy to find notes I took during class, key terms/works and even powerpoints of lectures.

3. One study techniques that I've one in the past was a game of Jeopardy. This works well with a study group, each person can cover a certain subject/topic.

4. The main way my study habits have changed since this particular workshop is recording the lecture with video. This way I can go back and update my notes with stuff I missed the first time.

!. The main thing I need to change about my study habits, is the place I study in, I usually study at home and found that there are too many distractions there. I need to study away from home and not become so distracted.

2. One technigue I follow I learned in an early english class. When I am writing essays I learned the reading the essay back to myself helps discover errors. I took it one step further, I handwrite all my essays before typing them out. This gives me one extra step to, edit my essays and find errors.

3.One study technique that may help other intelligence types is if a text book has a online supplement, The online books have audio as well as visual tools that will help most intellegence types.

4. My study habits have change mostly from where I study. I try to study in the library as much as possible to avoid distractions. Also tutoring seems to be helping a bit, and will probably be a greater help later in the course.

1. The thing I need to change about my approach to studying is to try and find a less distracting place to study. School is perfect for this. I feel that I can concentrate more when I study while I am still at school.

2. The specific study techniques I already follow are good note taking. I use the Big-D Method, which is pretty much the Cornell Method with out the Summary on the lower 2 inches of the page. I also keep files(Notes/Homework) very organized in my flash/hard drives.

3. One study technique I've learned is a variation on the SQ3 R Method. What I do is I recite knowledge I've just read to someone else. This really helps me retain the knowledge I've acquired.

4. I've really tried to step up my note taking skills. I've really been trying to keep up with Time Management.

1) One thing I should change about my studying habits would be procrastinating. I have to stop studying at the last minute before class.
2) A specific technique I follow would be organization. I have to keep myself organized rather than to rely on my memory. I carry a schedule book to keep me organized.
3) Another technique I have learned would be working in groups. This is really helpful do to the fact that I can receive more information or give information to the group.
4) It has changed I’m more focused and I study in advance rather than at the last minute. I also study when there is no one around so I could concentrate more.

1. I think a way I can improve my study habits is by finding a place where I can actually have some quiet and enough space to study. It needs to be an area where I won't be disturbed, and that is something I haven't been doing well so I will be doing my best to change that.

2. I don't but am working on making one and sticking with it, starting with finding a quiet area to in which to study.

3. I think that a study technique that can help everyone is going home and typing up the notes you took in lecture in class before 24 hours have gone back.

4. The main way my study habits have changed is that I've been able to learn how to take better notes and have learned that typing them up is a big help after I've done them in lecture.
